Service Description
A consultation is a starting point. We take time to understand what is bringing you here and what you want support with. We will explore your experience, answer any questions, and outline how we will work. This includes how we approach the body, the nervous system, and emotional patterns. There is no pressure to continue. The focus is to see whether this feels like the right fit for you.
Cancellation Policy
PRACTICE POLICIES APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is given with less than 24 hours notice. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you will lose some of that session time. The standard meeting time for a standard session is 60 minutes and the fee is £70. Requests to change the 60 minute session needs to be in order for time to be scheduled in advance. TELEPHONE ACCESSIBILITY If you need to contact me between sessions, please send an email or WhatsApp message. I am often not immediately available; however, I will attempt to return your message within 24 hours.
